Kevin McPhillips has been delivering business change in both the public and private sector for over 20 years, initially with PwC, now as a freelance, advising on the establishment of project, programme & portfolio management methods. He also provides related training and follow up coaching.
Kevin is author of several published articles on business change and project delivery. He is also a qualified hypnotherapist, NLP master practitioner, former competitive skydiver and parachute instructor.
As well as teaching project management in both the University of Dundee and St Andrews University, Kevin was also an associate trainer with Dale Carnegie© Training, with an emphasis on leadership for managers.
